Purpose of CHADE Foundation
The CHADE Foundation(hereinafter "CF" or CF Corporation") will provide social services in order to improve the physical, emotional, mental, and educational well being of the indigent, elderly, and all others who are underprivileged and in need of assistance.
CF Corporation has a responsibility and commitment to provide care and services for ALL persons in need. These services will be provided without discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, social class, and/or physical and mental handicap.
The CF Corporation will provide the social, health, and spiritual services in a professional manner, and in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. CF will provide these services in an efficient and effective manner, with sound financial integrity and business practices. Service activities of CF will be managed provided with an administrative excellence, professionalism, and high degree of care.
