Eligibility Requirements for school year 2010
The CHADE Foundation Scholarship Program offers funds to students in college or seniors in high school.
Students who are currently enrolled in school or are
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing
in the United State.
- Must be a full time student.
Awards are based on quality of completed application: 1) grade point average (official transcripts or GED), 2) personal essay, and a letter of recommendation.
Application Open date: 12/01/2009, and
Closing date: 03/15/2010
